Handle administrative support related asset maintenance, organizational and clerical support tasks in providing services to different departments in the company. Relationship, maintaining a good communication with suppliers or other company stakeholders.

Requirements:

• High School Degree or University studying.
• Good oral and writing communication skills: English and Spanish.
• Organized and proactive.
• Be honest, discreet and trustworthy.
• Work accurately and pay attention to detail
• Able to work to strict deadlines
• Able to plan and organize your own workload
• Capable of team work
• Responsible and open to challenges and changes
• Be able to drive
• Good knowledge of Panama’s streets

Working schedule:

Monday to Friday - 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
