Hotel Plaza Herrera is currently seeking a Front Desk Agent to join our hospitality team and provide excellent service to our guests on rotating work schedule.

Responsabilidades del Puesto

Key Responsibilities:

Welcome and assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures.

Manage reservations, modifications, and cancellations.

Answer phone calls and respond to emails professionally.

Handle cash, payments, and billing accurately.

Provide information and assistance to guests throughout their stay.

Ensure compliance with hotel service standards, procedures, and security policies.

Requisitos del puesto

Previous experience in hotel front desk or customer service (preferred).

Computer skills and hotel management systems (PMS).

Fluency in Spanish and English is required (spoken and written).

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Professional appearance and customer-oriented attitude.

Ability to work under pressure and as part of a team.

Availability to work rotating shifts.

Preferably male, to cover night shifts.
