We expect nothing short of exceptional performance from our Sales Development Representatives. Your role will be integral to our success, and your responsibilities will include:

-Acting as the face of our sales accounts, establishing yourself as the primary point of contact through professional email and phone interactions.
-Conducting extensive research to identify potential customers, generating valuable leads that fuel our growth.
-Assisting in the development of comprehensive reports for customer pricing, leveraging internal pricing history for effective decision-making.
-Coordinating customer freight requirements with available carrier equipment to ensure seamless operations.
-Maintaining clear and consistent communication internally and externally, ensuring that customer expectations are not only met but exceeded.
-Continuously expanding your sales expertise and honing relationship-building strategies.
-Managing assigned projects, delivering outstanding results within set deadlines.
-Overachieving KPIs set by department leadership, consistently raising the bar for performance.
-Tracking account growth and partnering with Account Managers to foster long-lasting customer relationships.
-Mastering pricing techniques to enhance bidding capabilities for prospective customers.
-Facilitating the onboarding and contracting process for each new customer, ensuring a seamless integration into our network.
-Possibility of engaging in face-to-face visits with new clients to strengthen partnerships.
-Collaborating with Sales leadership during conference calls and contributing to successful deal closures.
-Gaining an in-depth understanding of our business and the industry as a whole.
-Performing other duties and responsibilities as assigned, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic work environment.
