Evaluate the performance of employees within the coordination and provide constructive feedback. Assist with the selection of new staff and supervise processes. Key Accomplishments: ● Worked with cross-functional managers to solve problems or implement process improvements. ● Produced process maps optimizing several procedures and supervised continuous improvement of processes and designed Standard Operation Procedure Manuals for job positions and training. ● Managed a team of 30 people.
