Responsibilities included arranging pilotage, towage, berthing, customs and immigration clearance, crew logistics (visa, transport, medical), cargo documentation, bunker fuel, provisions, and necessary repairs, ensuring efficient, regulatory-compliant, and quick turnaround times for ships.
