Panama Tourism Authority (ATP) | Communication Executive – Panama 2011– 2015
Key responsibilities:
• Work closely with ATP’s European PR, promoting Panama as a worldwide
tourist destination.
• Create itineraries and arrange tours according to specific markets.
• Create and develop communication with international media and local suppliers to
ensure smooth operation.
• Attend meetings with Chief, keep minutes and follows up with the responsible team
to ensure achievements.
• Manage Fam Trips and Press Trips.
• Help to coordinate yearly plan and budget for Fam trip and Press trips (Agenda, air tickets, lodging, meals, tours, and others)
• Maintain electronic and paper records of each Fam and Press Trip, making sure information and data is well organized and accessible.
• Visit Hotel and suppliers to secure our guest satisfaction.
• Prepare reports, materials, and kits for international events.
• Elaborate executive summaries and monthly reports.
