Establishing process, being on the lookout for Procedure Automation and Control. Mentoring new hires and addressing opportunities for improvements in the current way of doing things, Monitoring Compliance with the commercial process, reducing lead times and finding opportunities to reduce cost. Hazmat Basic Mentoring on Local and Government procedures in regards of Conapred compliance. Constantly looking for alternative solutions for suppliers under-performing on Quality, Pricing, Lead Times, and/or Services Levels. Negotiate Long and Short Terms agreement. Oversee that Procurement Operations are performed under the Standard Operation Procedures, Resolving daily issues related to the procurement operations overall.

This includes Local and International Procurement, besides the coordination along with the Logistic Process and Services. We had to resolve discrepancies and issues that were raised throughout the procurement process.

Working as: Senior Repair and Purchasing Analyst, working on procurement, repair and modifications for Embraer and Boeing components, having all units back to serviceable status at the earliest time, always looking for the best deals with repair stations and suppliers mostly internationally. I built a close communication with the Maintenance Department, make use of IPC (Illustrated Parts Catalog), Spares Cross-Reference Documentations from OEM and different Types of Spares Parts Certificates, Basic Component Drawing Reading and make use of other technical documents like PMA (Parts Manufacturers Approval) and TSO (Technical Standard Orders) to ensure safety as a paramount principle for an aircraft operating company.
