Regional focal point for operational support and technical advice in 13 country offices across LatinAmerica and the Caribbean (LAC), ensuring proper implementation of processes, data management, andcompliance with organizational policies. Acted as HR focal point for eight different lines of businesses in Panama (approximate headcount of 900 people). Responsible for all stages of the employee lifecycle, from hiring to separation. This included theonboarding and orientation of new employees, performance management and conflict resolution. Collected and analyzed HR-related data such as turnover, performance metrics, and employeesatisfaction to assist in making strategic HR decisions.
Managed the end-to-end recruitment and selection process to meet the company’s staffing needs. Led the implementation and administration of the performance appraisal system, including goal setting,progress monitoring, performance evaluations, and regular feedback to foster employee growth andperformance. Handled personnel administrative tasks such as preparing employment contracts, managing benefits andcompensation, and generating personnel-related reports.
