• Coordination and administration of Novartis Pharma Logistics, Inc. Facilities in Panama and Novartis Caribe, S.A. in the Dominican Republic. • Supervise the implementation of all approved initiatives and programs, managing and coordinating the efforts of the Facilities Management team (direct reports, service providers, contractors and construction employees). • Coordination of the maintenance and renovation works at Novartis offices in Panama and the Dominican Republic. • Supervise the execution of corrective and preventive maintenance of the overall facilities in general. • Supervise and verify the adequate coordination between different work teams including administration and management of third-party services. • Make periodic reviews of the maintenance program and adjust it to ensure the reliability and availability of the systems, equipment and facilities. • Management of Maintenance and Cleaning Suppliers, Coordination and management of purchase orders, Coordination and management of mail service for Novartis. • Supervise the compliance with safety, occupational health and environmental standards within the personnel in charge, contractors and suppliers. • Elaboration of dashboards and analysis of indicators related to the Facilities Management area (KPI’s, OPI’s, etc.). • Manage the Energy systems to guarantee strategies and initiatives to achieve compliance with the sustainability objectives established by the Corporate. • Fully comply with all procedures and policies of both companies (CBRE and Novartis).

• Coordinate, supervise and inspect MEP systems: Air Conditioning, Plumbing, Fire Suppression, Compressed Air, Natural Gas, Elevators & Escalators, Electricity & Illumination, Special Systems • Implemented processes for inspection and evaluation of mechanical and electrical installations • Meet with subcontractors to coordinate weekly and monthly planning • Read and review specifications, drawing plans, submittals, shop drawings, procedures and reports for all MEP systems • Elaborate weekly and monthly reports of subcontractors progress • Coordinate routine inspections with the client • Review all material received on site, ensuring they are as per approval • Coordinate MEP installations with the production team • Organized ongoing maintenance schedules to boost system performance
