• Cargo Operations (Containerships & Oil Chemical Tankers) liaison between operator, charters, ship planners, port terminals. Send updates to the parties involved in the vessel’s operation. • Coordinate and follow up bunker operations, Lub oil operations, dry dock operations among other services require by the vessel or vessel manager. • Panama Canal transit coordination, husbandry and all local suppliers as per ship managers request. • Container inspector for Hamburg Sud in charge of charge of cargo surveys . Working along with MIDA, AUPSA and Customs • Plan & coordinate spares delivery, cash to master and documents to vessel. • Ensured adequate information cargo flows to captains, officers, suppliers, terminal operators, and other personnel as required. • Update ETA, ETD, ETC and send a folllow up to vessel owners, vessel charters and Panama Canal authorities. • Plan & coordinate crew transportation to prevent any delay for onsigners or offsigners or any that can affect the vessel schedule.

• Cargo Operations (Containerships, Oil Chemical Tankers, Car Carriers) and liaison between operator, charters, ship planners, port terminals. • Plan & coordinate vessel attentions and services requested by the vessel owners or charters. • Panama Canal transit coordination, husbandry and all local suppliers as per ship managers request. • Plan & coordinate crew transportation and seaman visas for immigration purposes. • Advice clients & company staff about the most convenient & efficient way to manage vessels operations during their call in Panama. • Plan & coordinate spares delivery, cash to master and documents to vessel. • Coordinate and follow up bunker operations, Lub oil operations, dry dock operations among other services require by the vessel or vessel manager.

• Plan & coordinate vessel attentions and services requested by the vessel owners or charters. • Overseeing that vessel operations goes as planned and take necessary actions if they don´t. • Liaise between the authorities, port operators, owners or charters operators. • Responsible to prepare statement of facts (SOF) of each vessel cargo operation in oil terminals. • Advice clients & company staff about the most convenient & efficient way to manage vessels operations during their call in Panama. • Create, edit, and deliver legal documents for Panama Authorities and Port Operators. • Plan & coordinate crew transportation and seaman visas for immigration purposes.
