- Vessel schedule coordination for Ro-Ro cargo. - In and out warehouse operation coordination. - Trucking service coordination. Delivery time, cargo handling, equipment conditions, availability.
- In charge of containers cargo operations at terminal yard. - Responsible for cargo handling and control of terminal personnel on board the vessels and yard during operations. - Assignment of the shift personnel, heavy equipment operators, truck drivers and checkers. - Docking and undocking operations in coordination with Panama Canal pilots. - Coordination of container and cargo inspection with customs and claims department.
-Supervision and planning of loading and discharging operations of Roll-on Roll-off vessel at Manzanillo International Port (MIT), Panama Ports Balboa and few operations in Mexico and South American ports (Colombia, Ecuador, Perú and Chile). - Responsible for cargo handling and control of personnel on board during the operation. - Coordination of cargo transshipment connections with the USA, Europe and Asia vessel planners and transshipment coordinators.
