Descripción del Empleo

Provide administrative and operational support in the management of immigration procedures, work permits, and legal compliance for expatriate and/or foreign personnel, ensuring adherence to current immigration laws and established deadlines.

Responsabilidades del Puesto

Manage and follow up on immigration procedures (visas, work permits, renewals, residency permits, ID cards, etc.).

Prepare, review, and organize physical and digital immigration files.

Coordinate appointments with government entities (Immigration Office, Ministry of Labor, Ministry of Foreign Affairs, etc.).

Maintain updated records of the immigration status of foreign personnel.

Provide support to expatriate staff regarding immigration requirements, documentation, and procedures.

Monitor expiration dates and issue timely alerts for renewals.

Coordinate with immigration attorneys and external service providers when required.

Support internal audits and respond to requests from immigration authorities.

Prepare immigration status reports for Human Resources and/or Management.

Requisitos del puesto

Intermediate English (preferred).

Bachelor in Business Administration, Human Resources, Law, or related fields (preferred).

Minimum 1–2 years of experience in immigration procedures or similar administrative roles.

Basic knowledge of immigration and labor legislation (preferred).

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and document management tools.

Ability to organize and manage confidential documentation.

Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
