I elaborated the maintenance plans on board based on my experience working internationally, achieving a perfect balance between maintenance, operations and rest. Prepared reports to the company of the results of operations, maintenance and training, managing to optimize inventories and give a clear view of our weekly, monthly and annual performance. Due to my experience and a record of cero accidents on board for the company, I was appointed to train new captains and thus transmit my personal style of operation and administration.
