I hold a degree in Communication Studies from the University of the Ozarks. Due to my strong academic performance, I was awarded two full scholarships to study in the United States. My professional experience across diverse work environments has allowed me to develop key soft skills, including a strong service orientation, empathy, and teamwork. I have working knowledge of SAP, Square, Power BI, and Opera PMS.

Part-time job Located in Clarksville, Arkansas, Pressed Ink is a small business that does screen printing, sublimation, embroidery, and engraving works. Customized services are available in a variety of materials such as metals, wood, plastic, and fabric. My duties at Pressed Ink include inventory of products that are used for screen printing, sublimation and embroidery works. I also take care of the front desk and do administrative tasks for the company.
I was hired by the University of the Ozarks as a tutor, study partner, and note-taker for different classes such as United States History, Media Law and Ethics, Movie Music, American National Government, College Composition, and Hispanics in the US. My duties included: • Helping students with academic tasks. • Providing students with positive and constructive feedback. • Taking notes from class discussions and sending them to the Academic Service Department for students with learning disabilities.
I was hired to cover the hospital's COVID-19 Testing Module. While working here, my responsibilities included customer service (both in English and Spanish), interpreting, answering/making phone calls, composing e-mails, addressing patient complaints, and quoting cost for medical services. I also picked up some basic SAP software skills.
A well-known hotel chain all over the world. While working for this company, my tasks included providing customer service (in both English and Spanish), taking and returning phone calls, writing emails, making reservations, processing payments made with cash, debit cards, and credit cards, taking care of guests' complaints and solving unexpected issues, offering the guests with hotel's internal services, and performing other administrative duties. I was able to pick up OPERA PMS at an intermediate level.
Have been responsible for: • Preparing detailed sales reports. • Analyzing sales trends to support data-driven decision-making. • Verifying and drafting commercial and administrative documents, ensuring consistency and compliance with internal standards. • Monitoring the company website as well as configuring its various modules to maintain optimal functionality and user experience. Additionally, I have worked with Power BI at a basic level to visualize data and identify key business insights. Part of my role involves reviewing reports to enhance strategic communication and align messaging with organizational goals.
