Soy un profesional altamente motivado y dedicado, con una sólida formación académica y una amplia experiencia en el campo de la logística y operaciones portuarias. Con una Licenciatura en Ingeniería Industrial con énfasis en gestión de operaciones de la Universidad Interamericana de Panamá, poseo un profundo conocimiento de los procesos logísticos y operacionales dentro de los terminales portuarios.
Me caracterizo por mi enfoque orientado a resultados y mi compromiso con la excelencia en todo lo que hago. Soy proactivo, organizado y capaz de trabajar bajo presión para cumplir con los objetivos establecidos. Además, tengo una sólida ética laboral y un alto nivel de integridad profesional que me permite desempeñarme con eficacia en cualquier situación.

Functions: -Supervision of personnel in the production area (Picking, POC) -Responsible for coordinating container loading and unloading processes-Review documentation for container unloading (LPN, Reports) -Coordinate personnel assigned to loading and unloading tasks -Coordinate the verification of items during container unloading -Send reports on incidents occurring in Inbound and Outbound -Coordinate with the inventory analyst the assignment of merchandise locations -Send Inbound and Outbound reports to the Customer Service in charge of the operation -Send personnel attendance reports to Human Resources -Verify DMCE documents for outbound shipments -Ensure photographic records are taken and report the condition of merchandise before it isshipped -Report any incidents related to the personnel under your supervision -Monitor the productivity of the personnel under your supervision -Perform assignments related to the position and hierarchy
Functions: Coordinate the efficient receiving, storage, and dispatch of goods Supervise logistics operations at the port and container yards Ensure compliance with loading and unloading schedules Manage transport documentation and customs processes Coordinate with shipping lines, carriers, and freight agents to optimize operations Supervise logistics personnel and heavy equipment operators Control inventories and cargo movement reports Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards Resolve operational incidents and optimize logistics processes
Functions: Monitor the status of the network and detect failures in real time Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on network infrastructure Address field failures and carry out technical repairs Install and configure network equipment such as routers, switches, and radios Verify the operation of power and backup systems Provide technical support to other operational areas of the company Comply with quality, safety, and order standards at network sites Record technical activities and prepare maintenance reports Be available for rotating shifts, night shifts, and emergency response
